Hello everyone.
A few days ago, on the basis of my analysis (1, 2) I wrote about the initial correction.
As I see it now to some extent confirmed. Here is my view on the situation now:
1. As I expected, the price has almost reached the upper boundary of the channel (3), but has not yet tested it (I will expect this important point). At the same time, the price tested the area of intersection of the LWMA lines (2) (pay attention to the same test # 1 at the beginning of the trend).
2. In the case of fixing the price beyond the upper limit of the channel, I will look for purchases with a goal of # 3 and # 4, in the presence of additional signals.
3. If the price falls below, I will monitor the price interaction with the level of 1292.
4. Now while I still hold two small positions, buy 1293 with SL in BE.
5. Yes, in the long term we are still bearish.
6. Tip. You probably noticed that I do not rebuild my channels when expanding the range. (the last time Ata seemed to write about this).
Maybe this is useful to you and you can use this hint on your system. If the upward channel confirmed price breaks up, then first of all I consider it as a reversal signal. Secondly, when returning to the channel, the price reaches its lower limit and goes down at least by the amount of breakdown upwards.
For downtrends, it is the opposite. Check on your charts in retrospect and make sure that it works in most cases, provided the channel is properly constructed.
This is my two cents.

I am here but i am just waiting out for now LOL so i do not have much to add, also i have a pending order 1.1340. Currently expecting to buy as none of the retracement levels have been broken yet (38.2% seems to be well respected so far)

its my first time making a post on forexfactory, and i'm generally a pretty new trader with only 1 year of trading experience. but just wanna share my views on eurusd short term vs long term and see if it do fits into any of the current views on eurusd. pardon me if i may seem amateur, so far learning alot from you guys just reading on how trades are taken. imho, the general bias on eurusd is still short due to the lack of stimulus on growth from the euro/global and dxy will only stand to gain from this. analysis done based on ytd h4 TF.
my levels are,
week ending 15/2 - long eurusd to 1.1424 of previous support turned resistance.
coming week(s) - break of heavy support of 1.1269 to reach 1.1220.
and then the whole range repeats in cycle on a bearish-biased trendline until end March.
let me know what you think so i can learn along the way.
