I use it in H4.
EA is still in the testing, using it carefully in real accounts.

Excellent results, especially for such a short time period. Latest EA, correct? I think I'll run another H4 demo, since you can snag a lot more trades. I wonder what would happen on H1?

You can try. I think the risk of TF greater than H4 is smaller.

What analysis tool are you using for your trades? I used to use mt4 report, but it is no longer available.

Nice idea Chris. One challenge in trading is finding a consistent-enough pattern. After looking over your idea, the most consistent pattern is actually the part that you're avoiding or discarding. I mean the set up where the outer lines are essentially in parallel and the inner line is touching either side. If you look at this more closely, this is almost always followed by a period of sideways action. So once you have a closed candle, buy low sell high this sideways action until you net green. It might not be clear what I'm talking about so I will trade it starting tomorrow and explain better with some examples.

Im testing too in H4 with 100k demo account and medium lot size, the most important thing is the DD for me.

I should also mention that during my visual backtesting, it's not necessary that the middle line touches either of the outer lines. As long as it's not also in parallel with the outer lines, you can expect sideways action for the next day to the next few days.

OK so I have spent friday and saturday on the laptop, running strategy tester and manually seeing how many pips were won or lost on all set-ups on all 29 pairs. I was very strict on the 5 pip from close to high/low. Also the rule of no trade if outer bands are pointing inwards. I tested every pair from October 1st 2018 until now. I wasn't convinced, from my live testing so far, that every pair could just be traded blindly and expect to win in the long run. I was surprised at the results, mostly that Gold gave the biggest loss. Also that the currencies...
Speaking of Gold: added a reverse trade on the slope exclusion rule - much better result. Also build with this dreema stuff, needing input for both buy and sell- but ok for testing...
Standard parameters are for Gold.
