Fxcyborg, for sup&dem trading, isnt it better to find areas where price took off fast and far in a single candle or at most 2 candles? Than wait for price to come back to that area and look for setups there.
I think it would be more clear as to where we should be looking for setups.

Just thought I'd temper some of the excitement with a screenshot of a series of losses. I'm not sure if this method by itself has an edge long term, but I think its unreasonable to expect no drawdown.

I had a sell limit order in at 109.659 and it triggered. bear in mind that we are almost certainly on different broker charts so there may a pip or two difference. I am head towards the ADR low at 109.188 but will monitor it as we are getting late in the UK session so it might not travel that far

hello sciurus...if i understand the methodology correctly(and i may not)...it appears your first 3 entries have engulfing candles that are too large...they should only engulf candle number 2...not both...and your 3rd and 4th entries are occurring in a downtrend so you should be looking for a sell rather than a buy...hope this helps

hardest part of this strategy is to spot setup and price returning to it.It will bee cool if someone could make alert to this indi when price comes to setup ,and then we can decide to take trade or not
