Disliked{quote} Hi Chamane , i am close to a newbie with divergences , could you tell me why the EUR/NZD is not a regular bullish divergence , with Lower-lows on price and Higher-lows on stochastic and macd lines ? thanksIgnored
Disliked{quote} Hi, Goldorak. I entered the trade on a hidden divergence pattern (yellow bold lines). But you are right, there is a regular divergence building up, but price movement is not over yet. It can go down more, as can the indicators. If the indicators continue beyond their last lower low, then the divergence disappear. If the divergence is confirmed by a change of indicators upwards, then there is a regular divergence and it's time for me to get out of my trade. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Ok Thanks ! so just need to wait to see what will be the next candles and the movement of the indicators / price actionIgnored
Disliked{quote} Exactly. But if you want to follow the development of a potential Hidden Divergence pattern, I would suggest GBPNZD on Daily timeframe. Price seems to be bouncing on a support trendline at a Fib level. But the confirmation can take a while. {image}Ignored
