Oanda being NFA and CFTC regulated I guess it's just a mather of time before it's all fixed...
But it could be a good idea to diversify your risk with multiple broker and copying trades from one to another with a software...

I only have a small account with GlobalPrime (Australian broker regulated and approved for Canadian traders but I dunno for USA residents) wich I can risk to lose but once it grows up, this is something I will consider

I have account in 3 different brokers;
US $ 15,000 with oanda
us $ 2,000 with forex.com
us $ 2,000 with FXCM
I'm seriously thinking of breaking this down to $ 6000 for each account,
applying in 3 brokers because I don't really want to keep all my eggs in one basket.

I am having shit day.Trading is fine matter of fact up on AC but my wife just totaled her car luckily none got hurt.The other driver had kids in the car.
She is crying now shaking sorry guys need to take a break tonight.

I have been using multiple brokers and a Trade Copier for years..I would never leave my money with one Shifty Broker..Spread your risk.

My real account is quite small, less than 5k$, but I will consider your advice.
