I realised your own indicator shape for this same pair is different from my own.

Are you using the template on post 1? If you are it will load correctly automatically, if not then the answer has already been given a few pages back, so I'm guessing you have not read the whole thread...

If you are not using all the indicators and template from post 1, and as you say added other indicators, then you are not trading this strategy. If you are then please only use the template and indicators of the strategy.

So last night before I went to bed I forgot to set TP's for my AC & AJ shorts, and during the early morning they have both pulled back. They were in pretty good profits but silly me I just left them open.

It seems like AUD is has some strength today which is helping these pull backs. I'm still holding both trades, and at the end of today I will see whether I'll hold them over the weekend.

AC +10 pips.
AJ -14 pips.

I did not say that, if you read the first post you will see that I wrote:

If you have a good idea or proposal that can improve on the strategy post it with an explanation to validate your proposal.

You also mentioned that the ZigZag repaints, yes this is correct and has been explained previously, it is one of the main indicators of this strategy so if you remove it you are not trading this strategy.

UPDATE:

So Yen was weak today and AJ short hit my SL for -37 pips.

I closed AC short for +57 pips, not bad in the end.

First of all, thank you for your efforts.
2 issues:
-I do have a filter to improve the strategy, (though I´m not sure if it can be reproduced, using only Metatrader).
-The arrow I marked on this chart, was actually happening on that bottom, or did it repaint?

explanation:
I am an Elliot Wave fan, I use Dynamic Trade software for my analysis.

Here is same EURUSD chart, I calculated the End of wave 5 ,(in Elliot terms, the end of an impulsive swing)..in this case a bear swing.

The strategy in this thread tends to be counter trend, since it uses pivot and indicator extremes. It tries to pick tops and bottoms, which is both risky/and potentially highly rewarding.

The software I use (I´m not trying to sell it here, I bought it myself), has tools to calculate Elliot waves, measure distances in time and price (!), to calculate these levels in advance.
The levels I marked were calculated a couple of days before.
Now, looking back,I marked the zig zag arrow on the bar (extracted from the metatrader template).
Look how the Zig Zag arrow was just 1 bar after the highest probability time bar (below in purple) marked by the software (which does this statistically, using fibo ratios, no hocus pocus).
Actually the bar before, was the lowest close.
At the same time EURUSD had reached the ideal price zone for an end of wave 5.
Hope I did not confuse anybody here, and I´m not trying to deviate from the thread.

Myself, I will continue with my Elliot Waves, and use the excellent template MRDX provided as my final trigger.

(btw, that was not a solitary coincidence, I have seen it happen on mutiple charts).
