Looking for a pullback at 1.1344 area and back up to 1.1480 area. If the opportunities comes, next level is 1.1550 area.

i concur.

However i also see an alternate scenario and that is we may see asia indecisive as usual and a flat market unitl EU opens. This gives the short term TF indicators the opportunity to return to neutral and the bigger moves in EU session could then conntinue upwards without the preceeding drop. in either case- i see 14.5-6 as initial target during EU session.

Bigger picture.
1. weve just had a bounce from rising support line on D1.
2. Weve just had a breakout of descending resistance line on H4.
3. weve been having higher highs and higher lows on the the D1 over the last couple months, in a ranging market which looks slightly bullish due to the higher highs/lows and then breakout high, week before last, above the 1.15x upper bound of the range. where we are at 1.14x is neutral territory in this range.
4. US gov shutdown has ended, this should restore some confidence to the equities market in the US and stoke some risk on sentiment. This in turn should see some flows out of the yen and by proxy USD weakness.

Downside risks are limited. However something to keep an eye on is the tone of talk coming from the fed. Market is now expecting limited hikes from the fed which i suspect is the main driver for the USD weakness weve seen over the last few weeks - market expects much less hikes this year. If there is any change from the fed and a return to more hawkish comments then this will change rapidly- Esp if the EU is bid up in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on the data flows coming from the US - check your calendar - continued good data could likely shift the market sentiment back into the USD bulls favor. But until then - buy the [email protected]*$ken dip!

EURUSD begins its upward movement last week Friday, there will be a little correction of the pair to downward movement. We expect the Pair to come back to the nearest support to form Inverted Head and Shoulder before taken off back to bullish direction. Let see what the paid will do this week.

Today's Asia session has been (relatively) kind though - opened at a nice whole number support, the first hour or so was a good buy opportunity. I have my first R/target at the quarterly open where I'll be looking for shorts there, unless of course Frankie/London decides to pull something else and do otherwise.
