Figured that might be the case. I would have been limited to trading the immediate orderflow due to the size of the main swing and depth of the retrace. Of course zone trading is also an option for limiting risk. All the best!

I took that first loss too. It's been a tough month for me RussellShaw, I haven't been anywhere near 70% since last April/June.

January so far:

43 wins, 35 losers, 13 BEs
55% or 46% if you don't count BEs
1.36 to 1 w/l ratio
222 points
Avg 13 points / day

Someone asked me this week so I'll state it here too, I don't count my BE+1 or BE+2 or BE-1 or BE -2 in my w/l ratio.
So in effect, I've traded January 46% and 1.36 to 1 w/l ratio.
46% of the time I make $1.36
54% of the time I lose $1.00

Not great, but in the black.

What do you guys think are the best instruments to use damians strategy? I know someone talks about it here somewhere, but i cant seem to find it!

This is what I noticed when I zoomed out of the 144 tick chart.

On the 1597 tick chart I see the larger order flow taking a breather.
Then I redrew another possible ab=cd on the 1597 tick chart with a possible area to enter long at the light green dashed line.

By the way... I am back from my vacation. It looks like everyone was getting huge points. That is very awesome! Keep up the good work!

EUR/NZD Entry. Not ideal with such a large bar on entry, but now making NSL. Moving to BE and hoping for follow through to ABCD completion, which is well within ATR range.

Exited at 1.6634, as the trend stalled and high of prior candle was broke. Will look to re-load on a correction.

EUR/JPY Entry off the 382. We will see if we can get by 125.20 which has been strong resistance.
