My Thoughts for Next Week

On zoomed weekly chart below I simply wanted to show you that new weekly candle will be some sort of a breakout candle from classic trendline (wick to wick). If we assume this triggers more bull power then it can be difficult to detect a high for next week.

  1. The CLOSING of next week's weekly candle could be limited with the previous swing high closing candle area: 1.1464, but wicks can go much higher. Therefore here we can't mark a clear "highest high" target.
  2. BUT on the bearish side I could say that 1.1330 area is nearest clear support for now (at least for next week) since the wick could generally drop as low as the breakout trendline allows and probably will be stopped around that area.

Short and simple: Let's keep in mind that bears could be limited with 1.1330 for coming week and be careful with new sell orders.
