I know that you live in the Boston area. I live in the great state of Kansas. I was wondering if you use a US based broker like Oanda and use the 50:1 leverage or do you trust your money off shore and use a broker out of the country? If I may ask, and if you don’t mind sharing, which broker do you use? If you don’t want to answer this I totally understand. I’m having trouble trying to decide whether or not to us Oanda and use the 50:1 leverage and feel safer with my money or step outside the country and trust an offshore broker. Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated. Btw, Great Job this week!!

been with Oanda with many years.Get my money out in 24hrs or less no questions asked. I have a VIP account with them.They upgraded me for making so much money spreads are better for me.
Don't go offshore.Too many horror stories people not being able to take their money out.They can close shop in blink of an eye and nothing you can do.

Going back home on train, I decided to close AU hesitating at WP while leaving AJ running because it already crossed WP.

Hi guys
Wow what a day made 2500+in single day and frankly majority of my closed trades had another 30-50pips in them.Hard to gauge at times and what a unreal day.USD got smoked cross the board and I think this will continue since Feds are getting nervous about wall street jitters (yes they do care about it)and signalling a pause about hikes for now which means corrections will continue. I love to buy AUD next week.Seriously oversold and has great potential to 74+
Anyway guys go over calendar events next week like a pro be aware and we'll attack those pivots again!

Davit your brilliant teacher and its good to see fellow traders doing well on here and lately this thread has been troll free and the content that people have been posting is second to none. Its a great thread with people helping each other without egos and i hope this continues, lets all work together for prosperity.

I use Oanda. No issues with them at all. I second the horror stories heard from those that used a broker abroad.

Nice work man! Someday I'll get there. I'll have to settle for my 2% this week. Was kind of a battle for me but thanks to USDCHF I was able to end up positive this week. I've been positive all month, let's see how many weeks I can get a positive return! With your VIP account, how much better did the spreads get? I couldn't find the difference on their website (maybe I just overlooked it )

I risk leaving the operation open over the weekend, but that is, all the elements are given to put a sale
Price reaches level R100 and back with a nice pinbar. The ADR is at 160%, so, I launch with a sale, and if Monday follows the same trend I will place more operations

Davit, one of the beauty of trading pivot is setting the broker's time.
I have tried but I don't know how. Please I need your help.
I use FXPro and ICmarkets.

Oanda had more than 100 pips difference compared to any other broker i know for the Jan 2nd spike down for AUDNZD. I personally know someone who lost 12k which wouldn't have happened if it was some other broker.. He is a VIP client and they are just giving stupid reasons for hitting the SL. I would never trade with a market maker broker like Oanda.
