market doesn't move one way.. it moves up and down... its Volatile
As soon as you realize this and expect volatility forget about "Trends" and catching them
the sooner you will be profitable.
I know so many people viewing this for a "Signal" or because they have no clue.
You must make each trade your own.. Then honestly accept the results.
Its the only way to know how good your getting, or how much work still needs to be done.
The only system that will work is one designed by and for yourself.

This is the part I am learning. Volatility....in my innocence of being new to trading. I felt comfortable holding trades only to watch them reverse - $300 - $500 in profit. Good advice!!!!

I can't ignore this M30 divergence. Especially in a situation there is supposed to be massive down momentum.
