Thank you for that! What would be some of those clues? First, 00 levels - 50s and 00s. Second, do you mean daily inside bar? What else might give a clue?

t 04-01 uuuuuuuuuugh, do not ask why i am awake.

Cable... 00-00 4 hour bar. High =12872.. ..Low = 12825.. Range is 47.

Off the above figures, the adr High = Low = 12736

i have already said what to look for but i will say again.

The next mini low down is the same as the ady low.
the high mini level = 12912. do not forget we have the 00 12 points before.

Lets see how this 00-00 4 hour bar plays out

Appreciate your patience! It's those mini-levels that pick my curiosity, how to identify them. It's not just ADR High and Low, or is it?

t 05-01 .
The lowest low today UK time is 12825...

SO 12825 + adr range of 136 is..... 12825 + 136 = 12961

i will post a chart later showing mini levels, they are soooooo easy to see......

it is where movement is held/consolidation/ minor support/resisitance

How does one trade 00-00 4H? Wait for the first break, then trade the second break either up or down for +10?

i primarily used the 00-00 4 hour bar break to fix a failed trade.
As the High/Low was a good indicator of chasing the adr points.

To use it as an actual trading method is nowm a different ball game.
You can trade the first break, last week we had some good trades off the first break. (i did not trade though)
Like i say, to trade off the second break is better .

we have break of High , retrace and then went up again.
So far the High break has made 18 points.

If we have a retrace again we can then assume we have the High of the adr made?

Tried to short after back under open ... looked good, then after 1 minute 10 pips erased and s/o ... looks like another day in the side lines ... markets too choppy still ... sigh ...
