So i've been diversifying my retirement a bit..

i have mostly investments in high growth etfs..

but here are some areas i'm looking to invest this year:

1. shared services IPOs (uber/lyft, airbnb, wework etc)
2. cannibis/hemp
3. blockchain
4.penny stock gambling

shared services IPOs in 2019 is going to be interesting. i think i need to figure out which is a better investment long term, but i do think this will be the major theme in the next 10 years

cannibis/hemp hype feels like the bitcoin hype right now. but i do think this is a legit area to put some money in. In the next 10 years, i think countries around the world will start to legalize, especially when baby boomer in government start to be replaced with gen y. problem is there's waaay too many options out there. i'm looking specifically CRON. the chart looks nice and it looks like a nice buy for the long term.



blockchain is the topic that should be the focal point of discussion after the bitcoin hype. i had some investment in vechain (VET). it deals with supply chain transparency. i believe this area is where blockchain will make the most impact and i personally have experience in this field.

penny stock is just a gambling investment. but i like to pair this investment with the themes i mentioned above. so bought 60,000 shares of this SING stock. it literally has it s hands on blockchain, weed, and general commerce all in one. worst case it'll go to zero..best case? infinity and beyond!

I like to "document" my thought process in my videos, and the youtube chat helps that. discord is purely social and i lose that info when i just voice chat. so to keep everything together, i'll stick to youtube stream/chat only

While i was on work travel last week, i have been offered a promotion that will require more travel. Not only that, I have the responsibility of remote working with our overseas locations that are in germany and singapore few times a week.

this will pretty much put a big fucking damper to my trading. it's hard enough to trade while traveling. But now, with the new tasks of working remotely some days with our overseas locations whose hours that will overlap with my trading!

i have this week to let the boss know if i will take it..

it's more money..but it's going to take away 50% of my trading time easily if not more

i spent the whole damn week thinking about this. Haven't even played my ps4 this weekend!

I only had 3 months worth of savings when I "jumped", somehow everything worked out. Yeah there were tough times. Times when we didn't go out to eat all month, times when we couldn't take a decent vacation but all that is behind us. We now take a vacation to Hawaii every year. Travel in first class only. No payments on anything. No house payment, no car payment. Yes it was tough, but yes it was worth it.
