Trading Journal 2019

This is my trading journal.
I write mainly about my trading behavior relating to discipline.

journal policy-
1.I write this journal every single trading day.
2.I write truthfully to myself.
If I stop writing this journal without notice,that means that I stop trading or I "lost" in trading.

Yellow- 2days
Red- 2 days

I slept with position opening,which i didnt intended.
This thing rarely happens and the position have gone to red from green.

I want to break my rules to "make my mistakes null".

This is embarassing,thats why I wrote this down.
