Hi EZ,
It seems that I didn't include the currencySignals indi in my downloads so ran last week without; is that going to be a problem? Do I need to do it for the future (just concerned about the ram issue mentioned earlier).

Have you managed to make a PIN as I discussed with you in PM last month?
If you do that because the PIN for EAX is server based it will solve all the issues people are having with RAM issues and because it can be run "naked" it will be much easier to obtain the results you need to improve the profiability.
OR maybe you want to ask coders that have made PINS for EAX to do so ...

after a failure of the gorilla strategy on the backtest, i tweak it a little to be at least a lil profitable in long term trading on eurusd h1 timeframe, man my Recycle Bin is tired! that's why i decide to upload it in here first so maybe it will help someone in some how

I didn't look at the EAX yet (been busy), but I think I'll just modify my code by taking out the currency strength info. It is not used in the trade logic, and so is doing millions of calculations for nothing. I'll post here the EA's after I modify. There is also an error in the SL which sometimes puts 30 as the price instead of 30 pips away which I need to fix.

Hi Ez,

Would it be hard to have the EA display the EMA's and also the Weekly Pivots? Just to track/compare entries etc I know I can manually add them on teh EA but would be nice if they could be drawn.

EZ, thank you for sharing your EA. I have been testing it for a while but my results have not been great so I have not commented.
The last 24 hours have produced some good results so I thought I would post info.

Thanks for the update ... If you have no objection and give permission, as you have Copyright on your code, I will try to get a coder who is familiar with EAX PIN construction to code PINS around your mq4 ... is that OK?

Yeah I'm just reviewing some of the losses and they appear to have opened outside the Criteria of the original method.

And 1.1( false/ true) without reset are both barely BE...
EZ, is this totally useless for you to test witout reset??? Just let me know...As you know l cannot reset at work...

Let me see if I can do it. If not, I can at least display the numerical values.

The last 24 hrs looks good! Of course 1 day does not make/break the system. That's why it needs 1-2 months of testing. Also, it will not be profitable on all pairs. Once we have lots of data, we can then analyzed and remove out the poorly performing pairs.

Sure, that would be awesome! I just don't have the time now to spare to learn the EAX EA.

Awesome! Can you post the trade history for the past 24 hrs?

Depending on how it exits, the EA may or may not need to be reset. Just check all pairs when you are home.

I'm sure they are different. Post people are only posting the trade history at the end of the week. But with people trading on different brokers and different price feeds, entries / exits will be different.

This system needs a minimum of 1 month testing to see if it makes $ or not ... and to give us relevant data to see which pairs are performing and where we can make improvements.

I'll defer to your knowledge and expertise; it just sounds like my results might be WAY different.

I removed all of the currency strength calculations which were not used in the EA so won't affect the logic. This will definitely use less RAM and less processing power.

v1.1a and 1.0a are on the first post to download. If you are testing the EA's, remove the current EA and use these and processor and memory usage will decrease quite a bit.

I still have to fix the stop loss problem ... but I don't think it will affect results much as price would cross the EMA30 or EMA4 cross the EMA15 and exit before SL hit.
