Disliked{quote} Orders are always open and give an indication of the price. It would be more accurate to say that liquidity providers that are used by forex companies have their public dealing offline. {quote} Who is your broker? At the present time I can change stops, limits, orders, etc. Are you sure your broker doesn't allow you to do this at pre open? Worthwhile calling them up - often they can do things over the phone that you cannot do on their dealing platform.Ignored

Disliked{quote} I use Oanda MT4, do you think 1.15 is the accurate price? Frustrating it’s moved so much while market closedIgnored
Disliked{quote} What? U cannot modify or set orders when market is not open. Just have to wait and pray if u have position open. This is not good looking at xe.com price is up like 80 pips from initial market close never seen that happen before i dont think it will gap up this much should come back.Ignored
Disliked{quote} IG {quote} It's 1.153 already and yes it's accurate - that is to say if the market were to open right now, it would open at that price and any orders or stops or limits that would be triggered would do so around that price. What happens afterwards is anyone's guess. Of course it could come back down before the market actually opens (or continue going up!).Ignored
Disliked{quote} i had my stop at 1.1480 would this be triggered or will i have to close at 1.153?Ignored
Disliked{quote} WOW 1.151 now It has never felt so good to be right Does anyone know why the gap though? I think 1.152 will be a good target before some correction or retrace, but who knows.Ignored
Disliked{quote} If it opens at 1.153 it closes at that price not 1.1480, for stops or take profitsIgnored
Disliked"Guys can we stop the rants about the price? Please understand that the price shown here on investing is the exchange rate used by exchanges and bankers. The real price for us, retail traders, is currently at 1.1429 with a daily low of 1.1413, but I believe the opening price will be lower than that (~1.139-1.143). So sellers, relax, if you have open sells you're in profit. Happy New Year and trade safe. " also: https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/EURUSD:CURIgnored
Disliked{quote} I am curious about this "price action" as the EUR Futures price (EC March 19)closed at 1.1539. Not EURUSD.Ignored
