After Feds rate hike Market went in panic mode dumping everything.That sentiment intensified with year's end and holiday factors.

USD most likely will go into deeper correction since more hikes in 2019 is unlikely after this fiasco.Trump is correct being frustrated with JP this guy is just pencil pusher and no grasp of significance of Feds actions.It will not surprise me if they start cutting rate back if market continues to plummet.

Needlessly to say I had a tough week like many other traders and these includes stock traders.I have to trim more trades when market opens.

About the Fed rate hike , i think the FED is charging ammunitions in case of econmic downturn to have the possibility to lower rates in case of a slowdown.
i believe is a very smart move , EU in case of economic dowturn will have nothing left .....
the fed will lower rates and USD to push US economy.
the positive point of this crisis is to clean some too high company valuation (Netflix and GAFA.... they enjoyed too long free money)
my 2 cents analysis .....
Trump have a very short term vision of the economy ... and we can see in EU that he never had a boss before ...look at the way he talk and manage peoples .... just caring about his re-election
trying to make everyday the best risk/reward decisions possible

davit you do know thw stock market or better yet the indexes do not reflect the economy?....companies get kicked out of indexes if they start underperforming and are replaced so the eternal climb can continue.

if you look at a historical dow chart...the dow rebounded and recovered almost all the drop from 29 during the worst of the misery of the depression

trumps just playing to the rich so they dont abandon him comes time for his reelection campaign since they the most invested in stocks

Discipline and winning attitude
Hi guys just a quick update, the eurgbp hit its stoploss but was in profit which was good. Im done trading for this year as its time to enjoy some holiday time with my family. Over the christmas period i will be studying to gain more information on pivot trading and money management to become a better trader. Im hoping this time next year to be trading live on a micro account. Thank you for your help davit and merry christmas to all and enjoy.

I've just given a quick watch to charts, watching the never-ending fall of CJ hand in hand with oil.
I really can't see the bottom and if it doesn't recover a bit I have to begin to cut some positions in loss.

CJ is right now in a fresh weekly demand zone where some pullbacks are expected but the weekly trend is down so any long trade is counter trade.
Probably a pullback can occur to bring price to weekly supply zone around 84.2 before price continuing downward.
As you can see, at that supply we have a nice confluence with pivot R61.
So depending where you entered something can still happen to come out at BE or reducing the losses.

PS: If that weekly demand zone around 81,2 is broken than, we are in dangerous territory as price can just continue straight downward.
