Ignore the two red lines cuttimg across from left to right, they are for a strategy on a higher time frame!

I use harmonic patterns for entry signals.

We can all have diff methods but for me personally, given the time of the day if price continues to drift down it's more likely to just trickle down as volume dies out. I would rather cut the trade short than let it hover, sit in bigger drawdown (and in turn potentially close in a bigger loss). If I were selling a swing high then yes, I'd give it a little more wiggle room, but counter-trend trades are much riskier and hence I prefer the (very) tight stops. Counter-trend trades I always move it to BE once it's around 2 pips in profit. I get stopped out A LOT like that, but I would honestly rather get stopped out and re-enter at the same or better price than to sit frustrated in drawdown. I don't know how Moty does it, but he definitely has better psychological strength than me.

More of a psychological thing for me to be honest.

Got it and it makes sense....it does look like it is going to be trickling down for a little while...good move!
I will try to buy a little lower myself... around 1.1350 or 1.1340

The only one with the problem is you. When you become consistently profitable every month for the past six years come back and say something. Market makers work for banks and financial institution. Does not apply the same way as for retail traders. They have access to better softwares and they do make market and they also follow the news. For retail traders it's more technical analysis on charts but not much for news trading, as that would just be guessing and gambling. Comparing universe and stars to forex trading, you do have big mental issues that you need to fix. Until than, keep trading your demo account and when you are ready to trade live account and become profitable for years, you can come back and say something. Until than, you are an amateur inexperienced trader. Again the only problem here is you, no one else. It's not that i have a fighting chance against you, it's the fact i won already. Getting educated in trading is not the same as going to college/university for engineering. Trading is all about hands-on experience, which in this case you are lacking big time. Have a good one demo trader and all the best.

Time profile view. Make of it what you will. Obvious things:
Lower lows.
Lower highs.
Lower point of control for each month.
If December low gets broken then an obvious looking destination might be the November low?
Looks like a daily bearish candle forming, we wait and see till the end of this US session but hard to ignore that wedge....

For now I remain overall bearish and look for intraday short opportunities. Until proven otherwise.
