i did visual back test 
On min1 above is screen shot. my min 1 data only goes up to 27 sept 2018
I have removed the many parameters. You can change parameter marked in arrows. if you want to close rtrades by loss
remeber to say true 
With simplified parameters, i don't see need for set file.

I clicked antimartingale and then allow sell limit
Here is the back test report. 
Major improvement
I then changed parameters on antimartingale to use all

it added more profit
Here is the chart to show where trades were opened. 
Also shows i used Hr1 Period on strategy tester.
I only have data from July this year

In the bot i have demarcations. First there is the setup conditions required to indicate
a Buy Signal or sell Signal. In our bot a buy signal is registered when a bullish engulfing
pattern has appeared. A complete pattern, that is only after candle is closed do we say
there is a bullish pattern not while its forming. vice versa for a sell signal.
The candle after the bullish engulfing or bearish engulfing has formed is now Trading Time.
Do you get the difference Signal Part a Trading time part. In the bot these two different parts(demarcations)
Separate from each other.
Above is screenshot of the first two parameters in the bot. If you change the trading time frame it
Does not change the setup or strategy needed to indicate a signal. I hope you do not mind me to use this as opportunity to teach a bit of coding. If you open the bot in meta trader and go to line 1969

I hope it is self explanatory. But a few explanations Candle open means at the open of a candle.
Next you see a bracket and Engulfing bar time frame . this is set by you in the input parameter section. I did this because you might want to get test out different time frames . Last there is a number 0 or 1 or 2.Zero means current candle 1 means candle before current 2 means the second candle from the current one.
Then we have TradeMAMiddle. Heer is screen shot of the input parameters in red box
The trading time is 4 Hrs, But you can change that if you want to test different options.
The MAPeriod is 30 Then MAMethod is 0 ,which stands for Simple Moving average change that to 1
And you have Exponential moving average.
So from the code you can see it says if a bullish engulfing pattern has appeared and the candle closed above the 30 exponential 4 Hr moving average allow trading. Now what trading time frame says is like this. If you say trading time frame Min 1, open a trade within 1 min of the candle close.
If you say Min5 it will open a trade within 5 min of the close of the bullish or bearish pattern.
I hope this clears up some things.

Here is an EA totally bare bones. No spice that does exactly to the tee what you have asked.
It opens after candle closed but does not use pendings.
The EA uses last candle Low and High as Tp and SL. There is a place for putting Tp and Sl. See screenshot below
If you leave the Tp and Sl as zero it will place the candle low and high as tp and sl. when you do input sl and tp it will add those pips to the
candle high and low . example candle high = 1.13450 if you say leave tp = 0 then to = 1.13450. if you say you want it to add 30 pips then tp = 1.13750
