This is my trading journal.

I will be honest to myself.

Today was good.
Achieved profit target.
But,I broke my rule that I should not enter trade laggingly.
As penalty,I will push up 50 times.
Other than that,good day.

Why not have a Tradeexplorer ore post myfxbook soo you can truly be honest and mistakes for everyone too see makes it harder too mess up...

Lol. 50 push ups good idea. However mistake happened already. You can use sticky notes beside your trading screen to keep you reminded what rules you are not supposed to break. Try some strategy or make some strategy+money management that won't cause stress, you will just count win or lose. Try to post charts so you can see them later, & if possible add up a Trading explorer. Good luck in this endeavor.

I always try to remember my trading rules in my head,not on sticky note.
This is my style.

Today is good so far.
I have not achieved daily target,but I have achieved weekly target.
So,I am considering calling it a day bacause today is friday.
I do not like losingon fryday.

I added new rule that if I break my rules,I should push up the same day.
If push up not finished,I can not start trading next day.
