Quarterly low level ,, yea there should be a good scrum this time around mid point between the 2 is 1.12 between QS1 and QS2 just slightly below the last low

all news events give market a reason to move, price will go where it needs to regardless of news type or data released, price needed to clear sell stops and did so now, we are in middle of daily range so need to wait to better entry, upward expansion most likely to follow from here or after making new low in london session, my two cents
