Looking for a strategy that DOESN'T make money!

Hi guys.

Odd question.

Does anyone have an EA that doesn't make money but does fulfill the following criteria.

Fixed SL and TP
TP must be at least 5r
Max consecutive losses can't be more than 15

I want to have a play with lot sizings.

I have a system that it works on upto 26 consecutive loosing trades. Just curious to see how different results will be with less consecutive losses.

There's always one isn't there. Assumes they know everything. This is a little side project for me. I enjoy running the math on this sort of thing.

I can't suggest an EA but if you follow dufas's advice you are sure to consistently lose

Interesting. 26 consecutive loss at what RR those trades are? Playing with lot sizing means what some sort of martingale or increment lot size on each trades?

About strategies you can find lot by searching over internet. Most of the shared strategies are loser usually so why not pick one from them which has fixed sl & tp & bigger RR.

Can all the people who think they know it all, please prove to me that reversing a losing trade with a fixed SL/TP wont turn into a winner.

Prove it to me with hard evidence......dont just make an opinion.

have you read posts by hanover? he talks about the fact that there is no edge in position sizing alone. so throw out the martingale, the grid, and all of the other position sizing 'tricks' you have up in your sleeve. it wouldn't work on a negative EV system.

but again, i'm just some random dude on a forum telling you this, so you probably don't give a siht and waste your efforts on this anyway.

Yes, almost any EA that is publicly shared or sold by transcontinental tapeworms.

There is no such thing as a 'strategy' irrespective of whether it makes money or not, because strategies do not exist in isolation to be picked off the shelf like a can of cat food. Strategies grow and evolve over time within each individual, representing the sum total of knowledge and experience gained interacting with the markets.

This is why any trader hoping to use a system they themselves have not developed, will always fail. The search for the ' killer ' strategy is the biggest illusion in the industry. You can take a method and work on it to make it your own over time, but you cannot use something alien and begin using it profitably as if you are borrowing someone else's bicycle.

It will only ever have a chance of working if it was developed by yourself.

i spent years for training my eyes on waves and patterns on charts... even i trade with just my eyes without indicators ....
i know what you want but i can't give you my secrets because it's my secrets and also you can't get my eyes ...
but in short what you want ... you will find it in (Gartley Pattern) .... if you smart enough to do research and use it effective ....
your consecutive losses will be 9 in bad cases. so it's better than 26
your consecutive win will be 2 to 3 in good market conditions.
and you will get your risk:reward 1:5
i gave you the clue.
every simple pattern harmonic or technical even trend lines have secrets and may you can just spend years just to study one line or one pattern but in the end you will get a lot of secrets... but most not do that... they just can't see depth behind every single tool or pattern..
