I don't withdraw every month since my trading monthly ranges from -$5000 to +$20,0000, it comes about to $4000 for last 7 months I traded futures. When I do withdraw it's to pay for things like vacation, elextronics, most recently a
. I definitely need to be more consistent without crazy tilt..I think I'm getting thereGod forbid if I tilt again, I have my job. And I like my job. So trading is no stress, so that's why I get aggressive sometimes.
But in the future I will still continue working even if trading income is significant. Why not be productive. If anything i have shown how a full time worker can get double income. It gives great sense of accomplishment..

i fell asleep at the 4th trade which was aroudn 4-5am. I was knocked out. I had my trade alarms on and didn't wake me up (since it only goes off for 10secs). So VERY expensive lesson to just close the orders and sleep when well into euro session. Shoulndn't held this anyway. If i didn't make money by london open, then just take the hit and continue during US session. This is waht Daniel Negreanu was talking about-set limit on time, and i didn't follow it.
Good thing i dind't tilt and try to put bigger postions in revenge. i kept thinking there's always next week, no need to repeat the TILT DAY again.
also going to make the alarms last 30sec instead of just 10sec. just in case.

would've been b/e or slight loss day..the day is bullish, would've taken advantage of it. but i hit my loss limit so just doing sim for now.

i thought it was gonna be a quite sessions but then my alarms going off cause the range were extended. This is my first pre thanksgiving session, so wasn't sure what to expect actually. But since it was moving, why not take advantage of it. i'll watch the sessions on friday too just in case we got expended moves like today..

i need to revive my fitness enthusiasm. I have to admit, it died a few months back when i was house hunting and the financial stress started to build up (being a first time homeowner). Now that we've moved and settled, I can get back on track to fitness.
Fitness is very important in trading. It keeps the mind sharp for decision making and allowing you to have more deep restful sleep (especially when you do segmented sleep (https://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/features/what-is-segmented-sleep#1) cycle like i do). I think we've all seen what lack of sleep has done to my trading performance lately.
So anyway, just ordered this piece of gadget on amazon that can track bodyweight/bmi/fat all in one

So the goal i have for fitness are by Dec 20th (i have a big wedding next month to attend

1. bodyweight =190-195lbs
2. bodyfat 15-17% (fit men level)
Excercises:
My exercise regimen is going to change a bit. I've given up to be as strong as possible. The main reason is that being strong makes me too bulky. I'm a mesomorph type (so easy to build muscle). when i get muscular, clothes don't fit. And since i go through fitness cycles, the clothes tend to be a waste after few months. Basically my excercise regimen going forward is to focus on efficiency with much lighter weights. Meaning that I want to do the most excercises within 20 minutes + 10 min warmup/dynamic stretching (30 min total workout time). I was to focus on all areas of the body utilizing compound movements (squat,bench, pullup, pendlay row, etc.). This will be about 2x a week followed 1x cardio conditioning. Cardio usually consists of sprints or full body free weight session within time limit.
so basically per week
2x weightlifitng
1x cardio
Diet:
i love chocolates, and when i eat, i eat good portions. If i never worked out, I think i would be pretty fat. but thanks to my mesomorph genetics and occasional workouts, my muscles help in keeping the excess calories down. But still, I need to keep eating clean by avoiding sweets/chocolates at night. Usually during the work week, I follow the warrior diet (https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/warrior-diet-guide#benefits). On days that i workout, i eat a small snack prio-workout-lunch. On days i don't workout i just go the whole day without breakfast/lunch (just coffee and peanut butter).
I'll start charting my progress (weight and fat%) on first day once i get the scale. Will also share some workout sessions like I used to.

I really wish they do away with this stupid bmi index. Obviously I'm not obese, but the stupid formula just looks at weight (without taking into account muscle mass) and height.
It's concerning that I'm "older" than what I'm supposed to be...I blame trading and gaming..
