It feels like we are kinda situation now where positive US data is not effecting EU much , rather its the EU news doing the most. Only RED US data will have severe effect. No new RED EU data or negative news & EU could benefit.

I see your point..but US data is mixed...retail good but Philly Manufacturing index came at half the forecast...so that mitigates the positive sentiment for sure.
Barring that, I would agree that EU news carry more weight recently.
