Yes, it has a bug, giving incorrect results.

Reported it to front desk several weeks ago, they never answer.

My experience show front desk takes a very long time to answer questions (and often never answer).

If I contact my acc manager, he will reply and act right away. But I didnīt, because actually I donīt need this feature, since I use TE and MFB.

Now I think they must correct this bug, even though it is an insignificant feature, because if there is something wrong in this feature, then there may be other things wrong somewhere else.
The problem is my trade explorer stop updating one month ago... Just all of a sudden. My TE... Keep show"Trade Explorer functionality is limited because there are no closed trades in this brokerage account.". Even though I still trading....

Send email but no response
I can't login at the moment. web trade is 404 error and desktop is saying it can't connect. Mobile is connected but not updating.. anyone else have these issues? chat support is not online atm.

It's 3:30 am on November 13th, I am in the US. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OANDA? I like many who have posted here have had great success with Oanda until recently. Currently, my platform is frozen. I can't exit a live trade, I can't set a stop or a limit. I have gotten out of the platform several times and bring it back up to the same situation. I have tried to chat and there's no agent response. I have tried to call them and I get a recording they can't speak to me right now, call back later. ARE THEY KIDDING ME?
I have a live trade going with no control and they want me to call back later.
This is the second time this has happened in the past month or so. The first time was during heavy news. I called them and they told me it was a temporary glitch. I shrugged it off. WHAT IS GOING ON. Can anyone tell me and give me advice as to what to do.
In the US, there's aren't a lot of choices for brokers and Oanda was my favorite.

Im having issues with Oanda with mt4. Also cant login to my account. Getting a 500 error. I need to close my position and its giving this error.

Same thing is happening to me I was up $600 and tried to exit it would not let me , My fxtrade is also blocked this is live

It finally just closed my trade when the profit was at $0 lol unreal
I was able to close my trade from my mobile app on my phone. It closed immediately on phone but desk top still showed trade going. Just looked and it has now closed the trade, so the response if very slow. If you try your mobile app, it might help.
Finally was able to chat and was told if I lose money I can report it and they will evaluate the situation. Also told me there is a technical issue and they are working on it.
I understand we're dealing with machines, but I do think Oanda could treat their customers/clients better. They seem to forget who actually makes their money for them.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I still like Oanda better than the other choice.

Finally was able to close my position. Hopefully this will not happen again anytime soon.
Feel so insecure when all platforms were unable to login.

I uninstalled/reinstalled my mobile Fxtrade 3 times thinking it crashed on black screen. Then tried to login on Fxtrade Desktop then realised it was Oanda server issue!!!

I'm a scalper, losing few hundreds more because of this issue really sucks..

you should get it back, I f i dont im gone my position size is too big to be having these issues

Just took a look at Fxtrade and the price is still stuck at 3:30 EST pathetic
As much as people think it's too "risky", I've been with three offshore brokers, one for over four years Not only do I have better pricing, I never have any frozen platform or random price spike issues. You would think with all of this over-regulation, the opposite would be true.
