{quote} Yesterday I was expecting price to go to the 26000 level, but the bulls made a really nice move to even 26200. Lets see what happens today. I am looking forward to the livestream and Damians input.

Is his live stream 9:30 Eastern Time? I know that some states have day light savings time.

+58 is awesome!! Do you ever look at the larger order flow to see the stronger power of the market?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would critique my chart markup. It could be that I'm confused on all of it but my main hangup is determining what structure has to be broken to form a NSH or NSL (see images). Thanks!!!

Hey Reo, I think you got confused with the orderflow and therefor some of your labeling is wrong. This is how I see it:

As long as the blue line isn't broken we're in a complex correction

Today I reset my demo account. This time I decided to set it to $1,000 USD to give myself more pressure and more focus on the rules.

A 20 point lose on a $1,000 account is 10% of the account. I know that my entries are not that great. Hopefully this will make me observe the charts with more diligence in order to read the order flow with more accuracy.

This is my first trade on this account size.

Yes, I do. But mainly I try to stay consistent by trading only one orderflow without being "manipulated" by another orderflows. Thats my biggest problem it seems and it gives me losers at times that could have been avoided. Unfortunately I cannot take a few hundred points risk to trade higher time frames/bigger swings.

Looking forward to upcoming account stats! Shorting the same guy, you got a much better entry though.

I hope we break through the ~26075 levels. Already protected as well.

In my view being aligned with the larger order flow can give a higher probability of success on the smaller order flow. What I mean, is that if you find an area of interest on a larger order flow, try to find an area that would be difficult to pass. Once a person sees the direction of the larger order flow, they can look at the charts that show smaller order flow with structure analyse, and supply / demand zones to decide if they want to be long or short.

The short trade that I took today was something that I first saw on the larger order flow. Price had a hard time going any higher and there was good structure to the left.
Then I looked at the lower time frame to find where and when I could try getting short. Most of the time the trade will be very good.

However everyone must use their own money management style.

Mr. Pip I don't know how to thank you enough for such a valuable session. The way you read price action is outstanding.
I have learned a lot from you and I hope that these sessions will continue for a long time.
Thank you

Thank you for the reply. The structure high at the end of your blue line was broken just to the right. Does that make the HL below this new NSH the new low that must be broken to change the expectation to a NSL? Or does it remain the one just below the prior SH?

there are 2 things here. 1)if you took a long after my last blue line and price tested the NSH then should in my rules go to breakeven and you probably get stopped out for BE. So you followed your rules and no loss and that's great

2) you can question if the (very) weak NSH is a retest or a NSH. If I am not sure, I will wait to see where price wanted to go. You must keep things easy for yourself and if it was a NSH and you missed that's ok. More then enough other chances will come up
