I don't know if somebody mentioned it, but since the accuracy depends on CPU clock, I would advise to syncronize time on startup in the task scheduler (Aufgabenplanung) (hit windows-key, write task schedueler (Aufgabenplanung) then click Microsoft, Windows, Time Synchronization, double click on the task, Trigger, set it on startup). So you don't have to worry about correct CPU time.
