If you have difficulty tracking time of news in UK or NY or NZ, Zonetick (from wrconsulting.com) just released a "free version" for those who want to try it.
http://wrconsulting.com/downloads/zonetick_free.exe

I have been using a full version since June to keep track of time of different currencies. They just released a free version so I decided to share that with you all. Hope it helps with your news trading!

BK, how did you get the free version to display multiple clocks? In the 2 mins I had it installed, I couldn't figure it out. The trial version seemed to work just fine though.

BurgerKing,

I installed it last week, it's good. It's easy to look up and I have referenced it quite a lot for quick look at time.

Thanks for the link.

ycomp,

The Free Version allows only "one" clock displayed in the System Tray.
However if you "mouse-over" this clock, a popup will appear showing the various timezones.

Only the full and the Demo Versions displays multiple timezones in the System Tray.

thanks BK, yeah that was my conclusion too. I was wondering though because it looked so nice in your screenshot, I figured maybe I was doing something wrong.

Still, I dont think I really have room for it - if I bought the full version. I really like that new oanda yahoo widget though "FX Markethours". Really useful.

Thanks, this is exactly the clock I was looking for. I was always trying to add and subtract to the various GMT times and usually get confused, so now it's easy for me to see when the other markets open

FoxClocks lets you keep an eye on the time around the world - or just your local time - by putting small clocks in your statusbar. Choose from a set of useful standard time formats or create your own - custom formats are easy to create and very flexible.

I Like It.

Very good and lots of options.
Useful.

thanks

This is a really cool tool from Yahoo and Oanda that displays the current fx markets that are open/about to open.

http://widgets.yahoo.com/gallery/view.php?widget=40896

and an image of what it looks like on your computer desktop:
