Treat them as two separate trades, if you see the entry rules you've given yourself for the first pattern then enter! If not then look for entry around the second pattern. I find this approach helps me, plus it prevents you from picking and choosing which trades you wish to enter, that sort of behaviour prevents emotional interference from affecting your results
