Take care ... yes, indeed makes a lot of sense. It goes in line with my "chop-everyone-to-pieces-then-make-bank" theme of the market. If we adapt to it, we can profit.

Claudia's Night Shift has just bagged the Short. My add-in means I am a very happy camper.

The way I would play it is that the base Night Shift Break is solid as it is - and the Range WZ or Range Drift, or whatever, would be played manually, just bagging what you get, over and over, until the actual main trade kicks off (and that would be set-and-forget for those who sleep or tinker).

If you get in on additional fun on the side, then all good, it guilds the lily. If not, then you still have the big play in hand.

Win-Win.

Welcome aboard!

Bear in mind that although what you will read back there has little to no bearing on what we are doing now, it is still golden information and should be digested thoroughly over however long it takes to chow it down.

It may be old but its good ...

Having said that, we did do a small edit job on Page #1, Post #1 a little while ago, so maybe it makes a bit more sense now.

Not sure what you mean with WZ. Wide zone? But what I get so far is that you can bag claudias automatically, best with emotionless EA and do the Franky/London manually. If you are a pro, squeeze out what you can get. If you are learning, set your sl and tp ahead for a trade2hold would be my suggestion.

Agree - it has to be automated unless you want to stay up all night. Might be ok for those in the southern hemisphere not for me.

Let's keep testing and throw ideas about for this rest of this week. Seems positive so far.

Yes, not healthy in the long run I believe, even if it makes money. But it's not everything. You need to be in good shape to spend it wisely lol. From today looking good again.

GU had no BO in Asia, just very choppy range, then FB as Frankenbreak. Would have been a loss in my book, unless there is EA with BE settings that would need to stand a mathematical test. Because BE sounds all fine and dandy until you discover you have too many BE trades and hence miss out on the trades that separate you from losing in the end. I fell for it too, I think we have all been down that road at some point.

What is an edge is the DPP at London. But not traded blindly. Imo, you need to observe the PA and take into consideration the H1 context.

Not keen on b/evens or trailing stops but I think any advisor should have the options.

Easy run on cable break of pivot down we went. Frankie's a bit early for me at the moment as I'm messing around the midnight shift usually.

Anyway I'll get an ea in place in the next week or two and see where we go from there.

Great Claudia, if we can get the EA up and running we can maybe do some Optimization to see which settings work best, i know back testing is not 100% reliable, but would hopefully give us a rough idea how to play it, before forward tests.

Think the original settings are as good as.

One thing I'm looking at is I want to be able set t/p and s/l based on % of the box range or maybe previous day range - not sure on that yet.

Where's Hanover when needed !!??

He had a goodbye forever post. Said he was fed up with FF and the lack of manners in the times we live in. I can understand him, yet it is sad to see such people go.
