More than 80%. Although, I am not trading with any specific target but I see my monthly average return is around 8-10%.

I would be happy if the ratio will be 40% to 50%. I wish I can ask for more but this is also enough.

Depends on risk. You dont really want 5% or more DD as a professional trader, even 5% is ALOT. (please forget 1000$ accounts)

I am retail just like you guys, but too high expectations will lead to failure. You want to move slowly but steadily. Consistency is the key and taking small risks. Everyone has a unique "risk acceptance level". Sorry but i dont know a better word for it. A "risk level" that you are comfortable with. If you take more risks then you will get easily emotional about the position/positions and it will lead to bad decisions ---> failure in the end.
