DXY analysis for correlated moves. I don't see DXY directional bias. I DO see EURUSD and it looks to be headed down as per the original Wyckoff Analysis. DON'T HOLD ME TO THIS. Wait for cnfm. (This would help move the dollar up.)

Trump doesn't like a strong dollar, but I'm just not certain he can keep it down if the numbers continue to look good overall and they continue to raise interest rates. I'm willing to bet he tries to interrupt any more rate hikes. I'm talking weekly time frames for price movement, here.

Interesting day..despite pretty drop in EurUsd and rise in DXY..UsdTry and UsdZar dropped nicely..


2 news helped UsdTry today, probably..

1-A Chinese company is neqotiating for buying %55 of Turkish Telecom (TT)..says news..this is good because it is a kind of FDI..and that %55 stake of TT is owned by consortium of Turkish banks..it is privatized several years ago..and company who bought the TT stakes has used great amount of loans from banks..but didnt pay back loans.and at last banks has taken stakes from that company and established a new company owned by banks consortium to run the TT..it seems, now, banks try to sell their stakes to have cash..

2-Akbank, one of biggest private banks, renewed his syndication loan near 1billionUSD without trouble..

it seems, those news has added to recent positiveness in Lira..

edit: closed my longs in UsdTry..daily candles look ugly (imply more drop)..but in medium long term, it is still bullish for me, fundamentally..

sold some at 14.12..daily looks more down..at least i ll be waiting with positive swaps this time

not convinced DXY strenght after Fed..it seems temporary to me..

edit: maybe not temporary..UsdJpy surged up nicely..but, when DXY turning up, high yield exotics down..very messy..in 1-2 weeks, things (DXY, majors, exotics) will be clearer..

edit 2: closed my short...that was good..UsdZar and UsdTry daily charts look very bearish..but, at the same time EurUsd is dropping, DXY is rising..tricky days..

heads up..Friday is last day of quarter and month..can be very messy day..things a bit messy already after Fed..must be careful..
