Does anyone use this method on gold? It would be nice to know what values should be used to set the charts. With gold the charts come out differently.

I am from India which is GMT +5.30 , Could anyone help me at what time i should consider drawing the box . Now i draw from 3.30-6.30 is that correct ?

it will confuse you, for an easier way, open the forexfactory homepage and look in the lower right corner ... make a box 2 hours before and after the Asian session opens
