drawing right means using right swing points.... im glad mja started posting price time charts cause from what i witnessed in the 90's the old codger traders made money using time...helps you hold a profitable trade

Dont feel stupid, it is everyone’s analysis. And analysis are played by % of success. It can break through and if it does, what is the next area?
atleast you close with a profit. What you should do now is make your own analysis. Figure out which hour does the market starts to move again, and to what area. Have sl and tp ready. All indicators and strategies you use are by percantages of success. Its not guarantee. What I can guarantee you is when you close your position, then you come out victorious.

What I am about to say is meant with honesty, not sarcasm. A good while back I was in the same position, the best thing I ever did was simple, I made myself stop reading the Forex Factory Forum for 1 month. Everybody here has an opinion of what the market will do, some sound very convincing but do not know anything, they just create noise and confusion. I learned we make this so much more complex than what it is and I also learned how to trust myself and my indicators. Now when visiting, there are some folks I like to read up on and learn additional things to strengthen skills I am targeting. Those skills include price action, trend identification, pivots, fundamental drivers, capital management(Risk/Reward), & creating a trading plan for the week. Also remember, so many people here trade different time frames, you may be looking at 4H, but reading somebody's interpretation of 5M or 15M, makes a HUGE difference. Good luck!

No wories, i did same shit )). i also enter long, but just becouse i wanted not following others.
And i was afraid to enter in a sell just to dont be to late.
And now is late.
Tomorrow wiil be a range shiti day. and i have to keep my orders over wekend.

Adding to that, IMO I think stupid is when you lose more money than you can earn/make and worst you go bankrupt because of it.
As long you have your set of trading plan i.e. a sound TP target and SL... Your account will live as expected.

it happened to me too and I have the same feeling very difficult to manage it your fingers are working faster than your brain so I open and close and lose a lot very bad habit we should do some thing to over come over wise it will be part of our system and we wont be able to see success

very much agree with you OhComeOn today I decided too that I have to quite for some time in order to test my own judgement and some times if there is any confusions I should come back here and ask for help and support as I believe we have very well knowledged and capable people professionals and very successful but just their ways of trading would be so different than us and as you said may be time frame or other things which understanding of that would be very difficult for us to understand as new traders.
so today I decided to quite for some time and if I had any question I will refer to those whom I found them very professional to ask my question or seek their help otherwise it would be good to trust our own abilities and efforts.

4hr 15min from now, we may see another big movement like we did last night. I would say perhaps another drop because Euro seems to be fumbling not just against USD but with other pairs as well. As to where it goes, I would say:
tp 1 - 1.1590
tp 2 - 1.1550
tp 3 - 1.1530

i will enter trade after the movement start.
if it happens to go up.
tp 1.1720

A continuation to the downside is more likely than to the upside making a new higher high....
