Downloaded the file, copied everything in place, loaded up the template. Here is what I got. What's wrong?

It is very helpful if people do as you have, take note of the lessons in here. I will be able to trade and post a lot more next week. I've not been able to trade properly at all as I've been so busy out and about it will be nice to have some time to trade and post.
