US30 short (against expectation) from area with multiple confluence of harmonic 1:1 completions and fib extensions.
SL above the area
Started trailing candles where ABCD to the downside completed with small abcd in second leg, at 61.8 correction of large swing up.
Taken out at +42 points

Hey Nikster did you get positive results over the 300 trades with this approach?
Seems to me that you can expect to be taken out many times with a loss or at BE, as you don't take into account the context of the market.
I understand that it is a very mechanical way to trade and I wish you all the best with it.
But not sure if this is profitable in the long run?

Peter, With the 300 trades I was 66% of the time profitable and since the risk/reward is great like you saw on my trades yesterday, a couple of losses are no problem. And I also think that trading with the OF gives a better chance of succes but when you expect a LH/HL with this approach you can trade them also like the last 2 trades. The next step will be to take projection, depth and momentum into consideration to see if I can improve it

There was a guy who had tested the ABCDs with C entries with kind of the same mechanical approach and he also has a journal where you could see his results (Broncocap I believe it was). He had very good results with it.

I got greedy and got in a bit too early. I was surprised at the sudden bull strength. This might be a losing trading. I need to work on my fib extensions. Let's see how this plays out.

Hi evocpr, good trade. I got in as well even earlier. I closed it at 1:1 of orange swing. I also considered it as a good buying signal so I took it with PT at 61,8 fibo retracement. I had to go AFK for a moment and I missed that great up move. Never mind, I banked 89 pips.
