On the H4, we had the additional clue that we'd get a short, as price had closed below the lower line of the C-Fork...

I will be looking to follow this short at some point, as the Tri-Colour is now getting in line for a Momo-Scalp Drop. I may wait for the initial burst to play out and play the reaction that comes however.

Not sure if this qualifies due to Shadow above and below the Momo candle, but I marked this out earlier this Morning about 06-30 am . My thinking Alien X Line and the 50% fib could be a bounce and Yaaaaaaaaaaay

Pivot acts as resistance then turns into support. Breaks the 00 and targets its daily range.

I was about to blow my account today.

Woke up late and tired at 8:50, decided to buy as soon as it reaches the open again.... It is shown as 1 in my chart.

It went back down, my mental stop loss was at the orange line (stop loss or hedge sell). Didn't take it as I was to slow to it.....

It broke that line which was the low of the day, then decided to risk it all (I didn't do such a thing for several months now but bad habits die hard as they say!...) So took a second buy below the orange line, in a day like during the italian election i could of went 50 pts down easily, but as the dumb and amateur I really am, I just went for it.... I can't say why, this was my reasoning during that fraction of a second.

Anyways, just sharing that even if you try to fix your errors, it is not as easy as it seems.

I made more than some days as it went REALLY WELL in my direction, but it was pure gambling.

Is Billy still on vacation....anyways...just been checking my charts and realized EURgbp has a tendency of consistently giving 5 pips on the consolidation breakout during the european open...i dont know if anyone has tried it before...will try to post some charts tomorrow

No, in this case, I would not say you were gambling. You are being too hard on yourself.

If you spend enough time with The DAX, you will see that that weird-looking pattern actually happens a lot. A large ''blip'' out of line and then a return to around the original level before it goes on.

You will also note that you could have dropped a fib over that long range candle and played off the 50.

However, the easiest and best of all the looks, comes from using S+D / S+R info and if you look below, you will see that the entry was perfect and obvious as price dipped down into and back up out of the long-standing major zone (light blue) / level (green line) there.

Yes, that's my Frankenbreak method.

Go back a year or so or whatever and it's all there.

It's rock-solid and delivers like clockwork. I simply gave up using it as I wanted to concentrate on my DAX method - also getting up an hour or more earlier was a grind after a while.

Thanks Lem, will start posting charts tomorrow and start bouncing ideas off you....i still need a little more scalping training to take on the monster....let me horn my skills with this Frankenbreak
