My thoughst on his trade:


1597:
On 9/11 it made a NSL. Deep correction expected. Hit a 1 to 1 ABCD a little past the 76 fib. Ranging since... Exp = NSL.

611:
If he was trading the correction of the 1597 to the upside: it never corrected back to the 38 fib. So no
long entry.

233:
Made an intraday NSL when it broke the range to the downside. Retraced past the 38 fib of the main swing and
to the 61 fib of the last swing. At 26000 rotation to short.
Ultimately the expectaion failed.

144/Immediate OF:
Same as above. Made said NSL and retraced almost to the 61 fib of the last swing and started ranging.
Expectation was to the downside. After the 3rd retest of 26012 it did a short term NSL (in relation to the
last few range-swings. No long signal.

The only thing I can see is that he traded against the expectation, bought the range and got lucky.

So when switching from buy to sell, you were anticipating an expectation failure? Also because price retested the lows where you got in?

sideways pattern is a dangerous one, full of trap. Breakout chance is very big. dont forget to use trailing stop.
Profit growth tells you the trader ability.
