At this point you should be wondering if support will hold ,,which if you notice is creeping up ,, Atas average is just a little higher now or what ever your favorite average is simple terms the floor is moving up ,, it may poke its head thru the ceiling ,,if/when it gets towards the high ,,nothing broke on the bottom not even below days open as of yet

Yup, that's what I was trying to say. English isn't my first language so I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough

For me, it's probably 50-50 at this point - should be clear by the end of this H1 candle if I'm going to get stopped out or if we continue down.

No worries man ,, mkt has been in a bit of an uptrend since the eur favorite tgt a Week S1 level you did the smart thing sold a top ,,it hit support why let it stop you out ,,take all your profit at support ,,, if it breaks it you will have another chance to get in

True, very good point there. My exits are always my weakest - either I exit too early (like in yesterday's short from 1.1658 where I exited at 1.1647 only to see it go down another 40+ pips), or I let myself be stopped out after it bounces back from support. Will work on improving this aspect of my trades, thank you

This trade might be a little too late though M5's latest wick literally just missed my SL by a few ticks but it doesn't look like it's going to go back down (H1 probably gonna close above 1.1635, a bounce back like you speculated) so highly unlikely I get to close at the 1.162x range it was at earlier.

Oh well, there's always a next trade All the best to you too.

Edit: LOL M5 kissed me twice - my SL is at 1.16369, it touched 1.16398 twice. Maybe some of Ata's clairvoyant magic rubbed off me

H1-M5 Status Update

Those who shorted when price started dropping below thick black LO-to-LO trendline should keep watching if dashed LO clone line resists.

I am still on sidelines. Waiting either for Aggressive (DARK RED trendline) breakout or for BLUE trendline breakout to the downside. Bulls have still the upper hand but I am aware that GREEN 54 LWMA is also flattening: Beware of choppiness!

Main magnetic resistance sits at: 1.1649
Main magnetic support sits at: 1.1597

Well this is funny. Missed me by 1 tick, then plunged down more than 10 pips. That was pure luck

SL shifted to 1.1630 (+18 pips locked). Contented with this trade so giving it that little wiggle room in case news brings it down, if not I'll gladly get stopped out. 1 more minute till H1 closes so I won't close it just yet.

Many many moons ago, I went from 1500 to over 60000 in less than 2 weeks. I was about to withdraw 40000 to buy a low end 2nd hand Porsche Boxer and for a trip to the States. I got bored, took one more long trade and the price plummetted so quickly I went into noob brain freeze. By the time the brain defrosted I was back to where I started!

Ya...nerve endings will never be the same again!! lol

As always there is time where we just simply overtrade which is dumb. I believe most of us been there done that.

Will you leave this through NFP or you'll take it off just before (if price doesnt get there before then). Although I'm aware that for several months now NFP has been a 30-pip thing.
