Well said GW. I suffered for a long time with this "TREND" thing. When I started following your rules and waiting for EXHAUSTION my trading results improved dramatically.
hello with regard to the Absolute Strength histo indicators if you change the length to 3 smooth to 2 and signal to 1 you get into a trade sooner

Don't use the Absolute strength indi to get into a trade, use the Trend detector, it is the only way to detect EXHAUSTION early, GW
