Its not that I just picked GBP. But it was the most promissing among all other currencies before market open, including MXN, CNY, RUB, BRL, TRY, KRW, INR, PLN.

Hi Neil, nice insights you shared, I observed that when JPY is the strongest currency usually coincides with turning points on currency pairs.

The motives of some undesirables on Forex Factory inc the self appointed forum police leave a lot to be desired.
A thread that looks capable of providing a positive outcome will usually get nuked from page 2.

Thank you so much for everything your shared.
I have been on and off on this forum for many years and never found a method that was really making any sense AND could be put into practice so "easily".
A year ago, I decided to stop with FX and focus solely on trading options, as I could not find any reliable method.
Now I have been back making some real FX pips with your contrarian method, and this even before I was finished catching up with the threads and being fully aware of the market reset due to JPY strength. Which actually shows the robustness of the method!
I have to say it is really cool to be with a group trading the same method that is clear and actually works.
As you said, you already have given us the direction, so we can make it from here. But we, I, still have so many questions and are thirsty to learn more. In particular about if there is a reason and how you chose to select pairs to check Floor/Roof. GBPUSD with USDNOK and USDSEK. Why? That is fascinating!
I would love to go one with this adventure.
If you need help I can setup a website for you for free very fast with member login and admin for you so we can keep on sharing this.
PM me if you feel like it. Would love to stay in touch if you leave the forum.

Anyway, will be forever grateful for pointing us is the right direction,

Choice of GBPUSD/USDNOK and USDSEK is based on pairs correlation mate. (see pic).
So if I'm not mistaken the idea behind is that once there is such strong negative correlation and one of the pairs sits on the floor and second hangs on the roof you can trade it for mean reversion.

Very nice.. Yes with the negative correlation and trade it to the mean reversion. (Through price action as remember no two days are the same in forex)

One more thing before I go you posted the vomiting camel but never told us how it vomits LMAO... Camels are ten times better then butterfly patterns.

The price must hit Leg 1 as in the chart.
It must rise to hump 1
it must travel through the MEAN price but not go into leg2
Travel though the mean price again BUT MUST NOT go into hump 2.

You are 100% - Yes 100% guaranteed that the camel will vomit and a big crash occurs sending your trading account into the stratosphere.
If anyone can disprove the camel technique then send Twee an email and he will ban me for talking rubbish.

On a serious note as I am not here now and this thread has been put into the recycling bin - Well the twilight zone at the minute before it gets totally deleted.

With the negative correlation on the top/bottom method.

Watch what the USDNOK is doing and you will see what the GBPUSD is doing.. The GBPUSD gave a nice pullback. WHY? The USDNOK went up..

Don't remember if you posted it amongst all the previous example and can't post a pic from my phone, but there is a very nice floor/roof action on EURUSD/USDSGD Daily TF as well.
