Bought 1.1410 with stops at 1.1370 and I won't touch my stops. I expect the 15mins plateau at 1.145x to be taken out. Let's see.

logic says a trade should earn right from the word go, if it does not then i ts not a good trade and should b e left

Many times I put on a trade on EU and price just sits 2 pips away from my entrance for more than 8 hours, I wake up in the morning, get pissed due to the logic you just quoted and close the trade. Give it few more minutes and price shoots in my direction.

How does one handle such?

Sarrastro, all depends on the trading style, and..... what do you want to do, trade or watch the screen? during the day you can earn plenty of pips on smaller time frames (STF) but you need to be picky and nimble.

Nice chart. The highs pointed out on your chart look highly probable. N.Y., as usual, may drag price above 1.14 and close there, leaving Asia to pick it up from there to go for a few more pips upwards.

Price is making a base at 1.139x (above LO/last week's low) and it's only a matter of time before price tests 1.1444. At least, that's what I think.

Trend is down, yes, but price NEVER moves in a straight line.
