DislikedSo what's the target for the Gartley. Is the expectation still a NSL or is the trailing strategy like I've seen in Mr. Pips notes where you move to BE at the 38.2 and aggressively trail at the 61.8?Ignored

DislikedHarmonics are nothing more than support and resistance. You take a point where price has dropped from and you place an entry somewhere below that point to ensure you get an entry. Why do you need to draw all of these fancy "patterns" to do this? Wake up folks!Ignored
DislikedYM - Went long at 25273. In the last downswing I could identify the bulls coming in on the way down, absorbing some of the selling. (Blue arrows 233T) Also price reached an AOI to go long and aligning with the bigger order flow. Anyway, I am miles away from being able to afford such risk on a live account. Took this trade for educational purpose in another demo account where I only trade the 1597T chart. {image} {image}Ignored
DislikedHi everyone , I have some calculation here ( not sure I have same number with you all ) expectation - 70% , failed - 30% 35%no entry , 10% BE , 25% win , 30% loss from above a 1:1 rr will give negative results , not to mention spread to improve this , we either increase RR or reduce no entry I plan to limit order at 38.20 for all swing ( BE once NS ) at half position this move the 35% as 17.5% to win rate = 42.5% it will become 10% BE , 42.5%win , 30% loss Next entry will be at 61.80 which make average at 50% at target at 127.20 will be more than...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Let me save you some time. I've backtested the whole "limit order at fib level" thing and it's great if you can identify main swings correctly and not mix orderflows which gets tricky in the summer months (at least for me) What I do is place a limit order just a tick or two above the 50% level, stop is behind main swing and TP is the 127.2 extension. I move to BE only after a NSx is made and not when the current one is tested. It's simple, mechanical and profitable and I use it with minimal position size just for pocketing some money on...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Stick around if you want to learn more about harmonics and how we can use them - in combination with S/D, S/R, Fib ratios, PA - to find some nice high probability entries.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Nope.....all of these reversal patterns are nothing more than a fancy way to enter at or near supply.......that's all it is........nothing magical at all.Ignored
