Fellow traders, I started out with GFT , I then got thrown into forex.com and soon after to City Index. None of these was my choice. I am having terrible customer support with City Index. For eg they have stopped trailing stops with no advance warning and they do not know when they will reintroduce it as their IT dept is working on it. Is anyone a client of theirs? What is your experience?

look for a new broker when their customer support is not up to expectations.

I have had awful experience with city index such as the platform freezing and failure to execute orders. Became so bad i had to close my account and am now with etx. Never had any problems so far there reliable.

Anyone just had a nasty spike on the city index chart eur/usd, took my stop out, will email them and update here with screen shots and their response, not showing on any other charts eg mt4
