From M1 to M30, only the M10 10 is not yet below the 50. Very positive for Down.

M10 10 below 50 too now.

So, all 10s below all 50s from M1 to M30. Definitely bearish.

Well, well, well: All time frames from M1 to Monthly have 10 below 50 - except the H1.

I wonder what that could mean?

10 EMA crossing 50 EMA is price action - in the final analysis.

First "profit" today, 12.6 pips. I was expecting a SL hunting after the H1 bullish candle. So, on M1 timeframe I started to draw the support trendlines. Noticed also the negative divergence which gave me confidence. More confidence from ATA image comments where he said to wait for that retracement to 1.15910. Then a perfect HS pattern on M1 just formed. Now I'm long from 1.15914, I'm happy I had about 2 hours patience and didn't closed too early. Thanks again ATA for what you share in this thread. My learning process continues and hope that soon will be ready for a real account.

Would have been at least over 60pips today but FEAR kept me down to only 21 pips. Please guys how do you guys overcome your fears and doubts? How did u guys develop the confidence required in this game?
I SERIOUSLY NEED CONFIDENCE PILL if there's one.

dunno maybe u can trail?
every time price retrace and then bounce back to your favor then, u can set your trail at the low of the bounced price
prefered tf: h1

that way u can let it run while know its a trade free , altough not gonna lie , it f*ck*ng hurt when u can close it while +21 and got greedy ended up in BE....

my confidence increased once i stopped listening to or believing conventional wisdom... I still piss myself off even after 14 years of trading at all the time i wasted reading books. its assinine to trade the way gurus or authors of books tell you too since 90 to 95 percent of people lose money following those indicators. it wasnt till i tried emulating the old timers from the early 20th century that didnt have stochs or tdis alligators or bollinger bands or any of that other crap people rely on these days.

Doubts? I go away from the screen and watch tv or on the treadmill. If you keep watching price candles as they squiggle you'll reasses the reason for your trade and either get out early or stay too late. learn price action first and then stop watching it except the last few minutes of a 15 min. chart or the last 10 min. of an hourly

Also.....what's wrong with 21 pips? You're mindf*cking yourself with "missed profits". Forget about that, you won. Whatever you did to get those 21 pips, do it again. And again and again.

Saw it. As you say, it was clear with strong 4hr candle close too. Price moved sideways on 5min tf creating a little cup formation and broke up.... didnīt take it, Iīm about to go outand would not be able to manage it.

Edit: It had nothing to do with not being able to manage it. I didnīt take it because I went out.....nothing more. All the same, I find Iīm spending too much time infront of the screen and itīs depriving me of other things.... donīt want to end up like a trading zombie. Ata wrote about this and the negative affect this has on overall performance a while back so I think Iīll need to address this and find a balance between all the things I do and how I will trade in the future.

If this inverted HS on M15 would be complete, then price could visit 1.163 level at least.

I laugh everytime i hear someone recommend reminiscences of a stock operator by lefavre. the book reads like it was written for a 6th grader. If you want to know how jesse livermore actually did trade read his book....google it...its free online

@Pipfu, I get so afraid that I keep making the wrong decisions. Not entering trade when my strategy shows signal or jumping out of trade out of fear only to watch the trade go beyond my planned TP.

@ Donquixote, its mostly getting signals and not taking the trade or jumping out at the slightest adverse price movement. I use 20 pips TP for now. Don't want get greedy.
