in forex trading we talk about momentum , this is one thing we cannot talk abt without talking abt speed
momentum =force x distance
and force = M .A where A is accelleration
and A = velocity/ time
velocity is = speed
so in forex speed is very important and the catapult theory is based on speed to project an object to a defined distance.
now u will understand the more i pull the lever backward, the more i create a higher momentum = force and the distance to be covered therefore creating a sure speed of the object (PIP) movement.
Now note that we are not the one to create such momentum bcos you dont have the money do u have $200M to hit the market at one time?
so what we do is to position ourselves, when the momentum has been created by the big boys, the sharks the elephants ...
then we follow , this is very easy from my concept , within 30min u have position urself very well.
