One word to the way I see the market right now: FLAT

Calling it a day.. was still nice to have moderate profits here and there.. Wishing you all happy trading..

Sold 1.1689 as the candles broke quickly and got out at 1.1679. Just 10 pips. Reason being that today is chop fest day.

My first short was based on the top set of arrows.

Added quite a few more mini lots based on second set of arrows below the first set.

Same sl and tp, we are range trading now so I may tp and reverse at my target.

Hi Guys,

Eu clinging to my monthly pivot 1.16801 like a magnet. With month end coming up, I can see it going into spurts either way. There is no bullish bias, no bearish bias.....just lots of market uncertainty. Truly difficult to trade. I tend to steer towards a bullish retrace at 1.20484 but all in all patience and more patience required. I have been doing scalps either way, not my forte I must admit. I do not have the luxury of sitting behind my screen all day long ..

To cut a long story short my overall positions stay long.

There were 2 huge EU Options 1.5 bn $ each sitting at 1.1700 and 1.1750 for today's NY cut at 10AM EST (14PM GMT). After they have expired EU went down. We have another 1 bn Option for Thursday's cut at 1.1700. So, expect selling at 1.1730-50 and buying at 1.1650-70 until Thursday, unless those S/R are taken out. I personally think 1.1650 barrier will be taken out sooner than latter and we go right to the 1.1500 support. Time will tell.

Why is it important to look at Dollar Index and Dollar Franc And use them during trading the eur/usd
This can be the difference between profit and loss.
Here's an example, instead of taking a profit at 1.17159 in eur/usd because the dollar index was at the same time on the monthly pivot, and the usd/chf at daily pivot . I am now at the starting point again in the monthly pivot of the euro dollar

hopefully daily candle close below 1.16823 (daily pivot average) ... for the seller is stronger to maintain the trend until tomorrow
