The thing about drawdowns is you gotta hold your course. Especially if you're using high leverage. I have been at 15% of peak capital, then got it all back within several days. You gotta be kamakazi. Execution is all important particularly when you're feeling like you should give up.

does somebody know brokers who offers trading over 100 lots? all retail brokers is limited to 100 lots but where to go when you want cross that line and go over 100 lots?

any broker has more then 100 lot orders. or do you speak from metatrader platform? this platform is not for trading big sizes, only for beginners for easy trading, later metatrader has many disadvantages. simple use one good tradestation and you can trade what ever you want with any good broker, and of course use limit order when you trade 10 million trade (=100 lot), from 50 million only limit orders....

when you trade 100 lot each trade , then start trading with prime brokers, rest would be total stupid. until 500 lots you dont will have any problems, in main currencies like eurusd you can also have 1000 lots with limiots orders good filled or at least partially filled to a good part, depends all on your strategies of course...

so your question was about metatrader or about broker with the 100 lot?

i only know about metatrader platform and standard ECN prime brokers, they limit is 100 lots

how the tradestation looks, is that similar to metatrader platform, and what brokers offer trading over 100 lots?

what are standard ecn prime brokers? i cant follow you, you are extrem new in trading? any prime broker can trade any lotsize whatever you want, if it will be filled or not or how many partially is then an other story and depends on the market and your order values...?

no good trader would use metatrader 4, maybe in the beginning or maybe as frontend with own license and changed a lot to use by fix api...
metatrader has no partially fills, so high sizes are useless because your prices are for extrem small lotsizes and the true prices you cant see for what you want trade with high trade sizes... so you need brokers what present you the real price for whatever lotsize you want trade... but dont use market order for more then 500 lot, that would be stupid....

https://www.myfxbook.com/reviews/brokers/9,1 this kind brokers, most of them are ecn prime brokers and all say that their max. limit is 100 lot

it's hard to find those others big brokers who offer lot over 100, do you know some? and what other platform is for trading over 100 lots, i only know for MT4??

buy a license from metaquotes.
i dont know about how they do now after they did not update metatrader 4 any more, metatrader 5 may be possible.
or when you have much turnover each month your broker will buy you any tradestation/frontend you want.... and integrates by fix api, simple talk with your broker or your broker contact.

any platform that support partially fills is for using any amount you want trade, only the "fill all or nothing" platforms for the beginner traders (for example metatrader) have this problem, but this is no disadvantage for beginners because they dont use this big lotsizes and so even metatrader is good to use as a beginner and first years...

check please real prime brokers....not this in your list what is only called like this.

A huge fallacyof trading is that brokers always send your order to the mRket. Most brokers,known as B book brokers, dont send it to the market and simply take the other side of your trade. In other words you could send 1000 100 lot orders and because it is a b book orderit will never make an impact into the marlet.

no complete answer,. its true there are b book brokers (not much only b book, most have b and a book)!

but, no b book broker would be this crazy to use clients with many 10 million orders in his own book, you do this with small clients, small clients are most of the time loser clients and you have very low risk in money when they would win.
you really have to think more logic whats reality and whats not. when clients trade to high amounts they will never b booked , same as good traders will never b booked! this happens at maximum with bad traders with smaller accounts.

so as i understand, if someone trading with lot over 100 then he must use one of tradestations to make it easier and possible?

is anyone use the combination trading with lot 100 and then open more subaccounts with his broker and then send signals to those subaccounts, with that you multiply, a trade with lot of 100, sending a signal to other 5 subaccounts and then that make it as you have make one trade with lot of 500 but it was 5 trade each of lot 100, is that possible?

so it is possible to make a trade with lot 500 worth 1-2 million dollars, is there anyone who makes that with one trade?

Most brokers allow 100 lots Total for one single order, but unlimited orders.
Learn, a forex trader must, unlearn and relearn he will.

true!
but anyone trading 100 lot and above with a tradingstation unable to partially fill is a beginner, there is no excuses, thats simple stupid and total beginner or to lazy to learn basics. this peole often even not understand that trading with one good broker has less costs, more security and no splitting orders neccesary for having same effect with better result and easier handling against trading with different brokers, because they dont learn basics and dont know how to secure the balance, how much commission are reduced when all in one broker, how much a broker will do for a trader, when you bring them much turnover......

there are many many trade stations possible, best is always fix api connection with own frontend.
learn first the basics, the chance that you will come to 500 lot order in one singel trade in next years is not very good, when you dont know this simple question.

so first learn the basics, really, you will thank me later. always go step by step!

If you want to place a trade of 500 lots in forex, how much balance would you need in your account? Don't expect trading with leverage at all, meaning you would need 50million ready for the trade. If the trade is 1% of your balcance. Would you have an account in a retail forex broker or in a tier 1 bank like Saxo or Goldman?

why you ask this? you ask like you tdont know any basics of trading or brokers, but you ask questions that are only important for traders after many many years trading.

no good broker gives you leverage 500, only some marketmaker broker for small trading accounts, you cant even think about trading there 500 lot.

learn really first the bascis, looks like you run into a problem here.
