I closed my short already. I guess is what will happen after if the 1.16 is broken. Should continue that way? If not, the resistance at 1.1608 has been touched three times (1hour candles), should look for a 1.1650? What do you think?

Expecting Bulls to give it a push somewhere in between 1.1585-30. How big a push....that´s another question.

I am selling if it crosses 1.15999 Sl 1.1615 and tp 1.1580.

Current situation: Euro tested and sold off from the 55 day sma at 1.1717. For now I am assuming while a downside bias remains attention stays on the 1.1510/08 recent lows and below here lies the 200 week sma at 1.1382

On the flip side: Only a recovery above 1.1790 could target 1.1855 and above 1.1855 the 1.1930 55 week sma with scope for the 1.1986 200 day sma which I think the max it can go and start falling again.

Quick H1 Outlook

We are in a very critical stage today.

  1. Price will soon break out from one side of the green descending wedge.. million dollar question is which side?
  2. If 1.1600 breaks then price will quickly drop to 1.1565/83 area where most of the past London Openings are located. Definitely will slow down or hold bears. Therefore that area would be a good place to take some profits or close shorts completely.
  3. Bulls need more power than bears. Because they have to break through 1.1616 and 1.1632 levels together to get out of green wedge.. Not easy for them compared to bears.
  4. Price is below all recent London Openings.. extremely bearish times. Careful if you want to risk a countertrend trade: Wait until/if price can get above 1.1616 first.. To me no buy for now.. Only watch on sidelines or stay short..

Long story short: Breakout from green wedge will set the direction.

just an fyi... on July 2 we did get a spike down to the 5900 area only to see a strong rejection back up to 7900 area over the next several days, For me, I would like to see strong closes below that area then I think the bear onslaught is on! just my 2 cents..just 'feels' like a 'range day' today but we shall see.

I'm not asking if you have one - forum rules.
If you post entries - have your SL mentioned, TGT if any.
...Preferably reasoning and chart as well...but thats too much to ask from most...
