if price breaks 1.16590 feel free to short !!! until then wait for price to reach the breaker at 1.16867 if level is broken then price will be bullish, otherwise short will be the way to go at least until 1.16590 where there will be a retracement

2 key levels right now are 1.16590 and 1.16867

obviously 1.1700 will be the decisive sandline for today

today is also having ECB monetary meeting later which could spark some volatility

as EU dropped and closed below 1.1700 on a daily close basis, the bias now is to the downside, testing a fresh demand zone around 1.1570

also rejection candle on Monday after posing highs at 1.1790 which is right where the supply zone is located, with now price below 1.1700 there is much needed evidence at this point to say a possible bearish scenario to test 1.1570 soon

H4 Outlook

  1. Below chart shows where I will be focusing at in the next 6 hours.
  2. Nearest potential resistance area is 1.1693/1.1713 zone (red colored area) where I would look to go short again. As long as price stays below 1.1713 I will continue selling swing highs.
  3. 1.1650 is next potential bearish target and slope is descending enough to speak about bearish continuation.
  4. In other words: bearish is the day but waiting for current retracement to complete is important.

I am short on EU today until I see a pull back on Industrial production due to be released about in 110 minutes. Good day guys.

CPI data not good so far.

plan for today:

1.1700 (used to be supply turned support, but now support turned supply)

if 1.1700 is showing bearish reversal sign (on H1 or better H4) then short EU with SL 20-30 pips above 1.1700

if indeed EU is going up, meet the new supply around 1.1740 confluences with 61.8% of the current bearish wave

market will move price to where needed or planned regardless of positive or negative news, news is used to expand the market in the needed direction, it doesnt matter what numbers are posted in reality regarding the news - this is fact
if price breaks 1.16965 i will go long, otherwise im short at te moment until 1.16590

Looks like London is trying to push but if the Industrial data come out as red as CPI, we might see another leg down. imo

TP1 for my present shorts at 1.1655 Daily 20 SMA. TP2: Manual. More red data more short will be added.

Green data , I will switch my stance and go neutral. Thank you.
